Initial Consultation
Your Vision Begins- We schedule an appointment at your home to understand the vision of your remodeling project so if you have inspirational photos or ideas, our project consultant would love to hear and see them.
- During the visit, our project consultant will review the project scope, take pictures and measurements of your space, and gather information about your preferences, budget, and requirements.
- After this appointment, we will be able to provide a ballpark estimate which gives you a range of what your project would cost.
Crafting the Blueprint:
Pre-Planning and Design
Crafting the Blueprint:- After the initial consultation, you have the option to sign a Conceptual Design Agreement. This agreement allows you to work with one of our experienced designers to develop a conceptual layout for your space based on your vision and requirements.
- The conceptual design will include floor plans, 3D renderings, and material suggestions to help you visualize the proposed remodel.
- Once you review and approve the layout, you can proceed by signing a Retainer Agreement, formalizing your commitment to the project. You'll then collaborate further with a designer on material selections, finishes, and other details, finalizing the project plans.
Bringing Ideas to Life:
The Project Kickoff
Bringing Ideas to Life:- Based on the finalized design and material selections, we prepare a detailed contract outlining the scope of work, project timeline, and final cost. The contract is presented to you for review and signing.
- Upon signing the contract, your remodeling project officially begins, and a dedicated project manager is assigned to oversee your project from start to finish.
- You’ll then be assigned a project manager who you will meet at your pre-renovation meeting. Your project manager serves as your main point of contact, coordinating all aspects of the remodel, including scheduling and quality control.
Building Your Dream
Production Phase
Building Your Dream- The production team will seal off the work area to ensure cleanliness and safety, keeping your home as neat as possible during the construction process.
- Your project manager will keep you informed about the installation of materials and execution of design. You will also have access to an interfacing software to see the job schedule and follow along with your project progress.
- You’ll have weekly on-site walk-throughs with your project manager to stay up to date on the progress of your renovation project, ensuring that your expectations are met throughout the construction process.
Ensuring Excellence:
Project Completion and Follow-Up
Ensuring Excellence:- As your project nears completion, we conduct a thorough final inspection to ensure everything meets our high standards and your satisfaction.
- Your project manager will walk you through the finished space, addressing any questions or concerns you may have. We’ll also provide you with maintenance tips and guidelines to keep your renovated space looking its best.
