Our Team

Mike Goodhart brings over 20 years of experience in sales management and 6 years in the home remodeling industry to Volpe. His passion at work is to help the Volpe Sales and Design team create a world-class experience for their clients while transforming their homes. His dedication to both his professional and personal life is evident in everything he does. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his large, blended family, including his wife Nicole and their six children. 

With a passion for the construction trades that started in high school, Chuck brings a wealth of hands-on experience and project management expertise to our team. Chuck leads our production and estimating teams, ensuring that every project is executed with the client experience at the forefront.  His dedication to excellence has helped Volpe deliver award-winning projects, including NARI CoTY-winning bathrooms and additions. Chuck enjoys cheering on all of Philadelphia’s major sports teams, catching live music, and spending time with his family. His love for the city’s sports and vibrant culture is matched only by his commitment to delivering top-notch results for our clients. 

Heath is an accomplished designer with 18 years of experience in the industry. As the owner of his own granite company, he has built a reputation for excellence and innovation. With extensive field experience in installing kitchens and countertops, Heath combines hands-on expertise with his design skills. His research on products has further deepened his knowledge. Throughout his career, Heath has been recognized with awards, highlighting his exceptional talent and dedication to design including the Regional NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) award in 2022.

Patrick grew up working in his family’s home-building business, gaining experience in various areas of the company. After his father retired, Patrick founded his own custom home-building business and obtained his real estate license. Before joining Volpe, Patrick worked hands-on in remodeling with his brother. He joined Volpe in 2022 as a Project Consultant, where he enjoys helping his clients make their dreams a reality.

Jon has worked in the construction industry for the past 15 years, with experience as a project manager in new home building, light commercial, and residential remodeling. Jon has recently transitioned his skill set and knowledge base to the estimating field, where he consults on project feasibility and best practices. Jon believes strongly in leadership by example and is always willing to go the extra mile to provide the best possible environment for success! Jon serves as the Chairman of the Community Service Committee for the local Bucks-Montgomery chapter of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry)  

Scott brings 17 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to his position. He’s a US Army veteran who served with the elite 101st Airborne Division, which taught him valuable skills like problem-solving, ethics, and teamwork. He brings this unique perspective to each of his clients, ensuring that every interior project is done to Volpe standards. Scott enjoys spending time with family and riding his Harley Davidson Heritage whenever he can.  

Ellen and her fundamental business knowledge as a purchasing agent skillfully navigate the complexities of procurement with both precision and efficiency. Her day is a dynamic blend of analyzing supplier contracts, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely delivery of materials crucial for ongoing projects. Ellen’s deep understanding of construction needs and market trends allows her to secure the best possible prices while maintaining high-quality standards. Her knack for building strong relationships with vendors and her meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the team, ensuring that every project progresses smoothly and on schedule.

Ellen is a vibrant spirit with a deep love for the great outdoors and a soft spot for feline friends. Her weekends are often spent traversing rugged trails and lush forests, where she finds solace and inspiration among nature’s wonders. 

Eda has her BA in Architecture from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul, Turkiye, and her Interior Design Certificate from Temple University. She worked as an architectural designer at international firms and was part of the design team for numerous residential and commercial projects, An award-winning designer, she enjoys providing functional solutions to meet clients’ needs. 

As an assistant designer, Erin helps the team develop projects that are as unique as they are beautiful. She studied interior design at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science.  A recent graduate, Erin enjoys the hands-on aspect of design.

Alex has over three years of hands-on design experience since receiving her bachelor’s degree in visual arts. She offers a keen eye for intricate detail, and is committed to finding unique solutions that create beautiful living spaces for her clients to love. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. 

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University and brings over 18 years of expertise in architecture and interior design. Throughout her career, she has led and contributed to a wide range of projects, including high-end residential, retail, corporate, healthcare, and pharmaceutical spaces.

Driven by a passion for thoughtful design, Natalie is dedicated to clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and creating environments that enhance the lives of her clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Jocelyn Collins is an Architectural Designer with nearly a decade of experience specializing in high-end residential design. She holds a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Drexel University. Her passion for architecture and design allows her to craft exquisite living spaces that not only meet client needs, but also inspire and elevate their daily lives. Outside of her professional life, Jocelyn is passionate about kayaking and spending time with family and friends.

Lee is a seasoned professional with 20-plus years of experience. He prides himself on developing customer relationships and driving project success in the kitchen and bath space. Lee fosters a spirit of teamwork on each of his projects with the end goal of creating the Volpe Experience for each client.  In his free time, Lee enjoys barbecuing for family and friends.

Kyle brings a diverse set of skills and insights to his role, backed by his Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification and a degree in business administration. He takes pride in managing complex projects and values the collaborative environment at Volpe, which helps him continually grow and learn from his colleagues. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending quality time with his beloved dog, Mahogany.  

With a degree in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University and five years of hands-on experience in the construction field, Jake is determined to achieve greatness in each client relationship. Jake’s time management, perseverance, and leadership skills contribute to his project management style.  Beyond work, Jake enjoys being outdoors and spending time with loved ones.

Tyler brings 8 years of experience in home remodeling and interior carpentry to the team. Skilled in woodworking, general framing, and cabinetry, he’s a versatile craftsman with a keen eye for detail.  With a comprehensive understanding of job site plans and blueprints, Tylor excels in leading interior remodeling projects. He prioritizes job site safety and cleanliness, ensuring a secure environment for both homeowners and coworkers. Volpe’s commitment to quality craftsmanship makes it a place where he’s proud to thrive and grow. Outside of work, Tylor loves being outdoors, especially hiking and fishing. 

With 22 years as a carpenter and 12 years with Volpe, Dan has earned a reputation for excellence, which he carries into the role of Senior Foreman. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Dan was honored with the prestigious Volpe Hall of Fame Club membership in 2018. Dan firmly believes in leading by example, providing guidance and membership, and ensuring that every project under his supervision is executed flawlessly. Dan, in his free time, enjoys off-road riding with friends, camping, and spending time with his family. 

With 20 years of experience as a carpenter, Jason brings an unparalleled level of knowledge and expertise, which creates long-lasting customer relationships with high levels of repeat satisfaction. Exhibiting pride in workmanship, driving results, and attention to detail, Jason’s capability to train, coach, and mentor new employees directly contributes to the continued growth and success of Volpe. 

Jill brings over 30 years of experience in client relations, sales coordination, and buying and visual merchandising expertise. Jill’s passion for creating authentic connections between our clients and our team allows her to offer focused and effective support for all.

As a third-generation construction industry professional, Keith’s passion for the built environment began as a little boy, inspired by watching his grandfather, father and uncles at work. That early exposure shaped a lifelong dedication to architecture and design.

Keith is a registered architect in multiple states with more than 40 years of experience. He brings a deep and diverse background across commercial, institutional, and residential projects, ranging from multifamily developments to single-family homes. His portfolio includes new ground-up construction as well as complex additions and extensive renovations.

Throughout his career, Keith has demonstrated strong leadership in guiding projects from initial programming through design and construction. His ability to lead multidisciplinary teams has consistently resulted in projects being delivered on time – and often ahead of schedule.

Prior to joining Volpe Enterprises, Keith served as Principal of Gibson Associates- Architecture Planning Interiors, a full-service architectural firm.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys playing pool, strumming his guitar, and spending quality time with his family.
