Our Team

Matt serves as the central point of coordination supporting the sales and production teams by analyzing and assigning incoming leads, onboarding projects, scheduling pre-construction meetings, and obtaining architectural plans and building permits.  He has strong organizational and time management skills handling multiple priorities simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.  With a strong understanding of the design build process, Matt acts as a bridge between the clients, sales consultants, designers, and project managers.  His broad perspective and wide range of responsibilities are integral to maintaining a smooth workflow.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his growing young family and dog, going for walks, relaxing at home, or finding small adventures together.

Lee is a seasoned professional with 20-plus years of experience. He prides himself on developing customer relationships and driving project success in the kitchen and bath space. Lee fosters a spirit of teamwork on each of his projects with the end goal of creating the Volpe Experience for each client.  In his free time, Lee enjoys barbecuing for family and friends.

Kyle brings a diverse set of skills and insights to his role, backed by his Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification and a degree in business administration. He takes pride in managing complex projects and values the collaborative environment at Volpe, which helps him continually grow and learn from his colleagues. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending quality time with his beloved dog, Mahogany.  

Tyler brings 8 years of experience in home remodeling and interior carpentry to the team. Skilled in woodworking, general framing, and cabinetry, he’s a versatile craftsman with a keen eye for detail.  With a comprehensive understanding of job site plans and blueprints, Tylor excels in leading interior remodeling projects. He prioritizes job site safety and cleanliness, ensuring a secure environment for both homeowners and coworkers. Volpe’s commitment to quality craftsmanship makes it a place where he’s proud to thrive and grow. Outside of work, Tylor loves being outdoors, especially hiking and fishing. 

With 22 years as a carpenter and 12 years with Volpe, Dan has earned a reputation for excellence, which he carries into the role of Senior Foreman. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Dan was honored with the prestigious Volpe Hall of Fame Club membership in 2018. Dan firmly believes in leading by example, providing guidance and membership, and ensuring that every project under his supervision is executed flawlessly. Dan, in his free time, enjoys off-road riding with friends, camping, and spending time with his family. 

With 20 years of experience as a carpenter, Jason brings an unparalleled level of knowledge and expertise, which creates long-lasting customer relationships with high levels of repeat satisfaction. Exhibiting pride in workmanship, driving results, and attention to detail, Jason’s capability to train, coach, and mentor new employees directly contributes to the continued growth and success of Volpe.
