A National Honor for One of Our Own
We are thrilled to share some big news from the Volpe Design Build team. Erin Farrell has been named to the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s Thirty Under 30 Class of 2027!
This is a major professional accomplishment and an incredible recognition this early in Erin’s career. It reflects the talent, dedication, and care she brings to every project, and we could not be prouder to call her part of our team.
What Is the NKBA Thirty Under 30 Program?
The NKBA Thirty Under 30 program recognizes just 30 rising professionals from across the kitchen and bath industry each year. Honorees are viewed as some of the next generation’s most promising leaders, designers, thinkers, and innovators.
Recipients are selected by a panel of previous Thirty Under 30 honorees and recognized nationally through NKBA and KBIS, the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show. In NKBA’s own words, the honor signals to clients, coworkers, and the industry at large that the recipient is a highly accomplished young professional who has earned the respect of colleagues and peers.
Next Stop: KBIS 2027 in Las Vegas
As part of the honor, Erin will travel to Las Vegas for KBIS 2027 this February. KBIS is one of the largest kitchen and bath industry events in North America, bringing together designers, manufacturers, and industry leaders from across the country.
During the show, Erin will:
- Be spotlighted on the KBIS stage alongside the other Thirty Under 30 honorees
- Attend industry events, sessions, and conferences
- Network with kitchen and bath leaders from across North America
- Take part in the Thirty Under 30 program throughout the week
