This project brought new life to the main level of the home: a completely reworked kitchen, a full bathroom rebuilt from the studs out, and a new screened porch off the dining room for enjoying the outdoors. Each space was designed to work together, tied by consistent trim and flooring that carries the finished look from room to room.
The kitchen went from a dated layout to a warm, functional space with new cabinetry, countertops, and flooring, while the bathroom got an entirely new shower, vanity, and fixtures. The screened porch rounds things out with a bright, vaulted space that connects straight to the dining room. The finished project came in at $301,137.
The Transformation
- Kitchen Cabinetry: New maple cabinetry in a warm biscotti stain, with oil-rubbed bronze pulls throughout, including a dedicated pantry with a built-in trash pull-out.

- Screened Porch: A new screened-in porch off the dining room, accessed through a sliding patio door, with a vaulted beadboard ceiling and a ceiling fan.
